How to get money refund from passport seva kendra?

Dear sir,
Passport seva Kendra two times took my money from fresh pass port appointment
Online fresh passport appionment only 1500rs.
But I paid totally 3000rs.
Kindly tell me.
How to refund that.

First of all, why you had to pay twice for passport application ? I hope you know that you can't apply for fresh passport unless previous passport application has been cancelled properly. It is also punishable offense to apply for passport multiple times.

And about your question, it is clearly mentioned that in any circumstances, passport fee is not refundable. Hence without any doubt, it should be clear that you cant get back your money. Its better to work on current application instead of getting money back and applying afresh.
