What is the necessity to prove Kasav a Pakistani and a terrorist

Proving Kasav a pakistani and punishing him as per law is necessary but will it serve the purpose of eradicating terror activity.

Its a well known fact that thousands of Kasavs are roaming freely in our country. All that we need a conscious effort by all of us to prevent it.Its all our responibility.

well it was not a point to porove tht kasab was involved in the terrorist attack but it was necessary to point that these ppl are pakistani and pakistan is indirectly involved in all terrorist attack.
