Buying TATA nano is now very easy. Recently TATA have launched a scheme that you can buy TATA Nano for EMI of Rs. 1550 only. You can definitely buy TATA nano, go for its top model. I heard that they have now easy finance scheme in collaboration with SBI, so it will help you! I am not sure about downpayment but you can surely get a nice deal once you meet dealer nearby.
