Hello, I have bought Dell XCD28 recently and I dn't knw more to operate this device and unable to install application in my Android set. So, can any1 help me to out of this problem.

From google android marketplace, search for the application and it then gives you option to install. Its easy!
even i face the same problem, the phone does not connect with my google account thus i cannot access any app :(
