Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Everyone of us would have tears while watching " The Legend of Bhagath Singh" movie. Everyone of us were angry for watever happened to us in the past.
But once after the movie ended, the director clearly said Though we got the freedom from british but now the corrupted politicians are using it.
I am really upset everytime when someone supports Indian politicians. Yes i am not against all of them. But touch your heart and truly tell me how many of them are actually working for the goodness of india and india's prosperity.
Almost anyone who presently inside are interested to save money for their own family and their future's grandson's grandson too.
Infact the sad thing is that, i was unaware of the story and infact my mom doesnt knew who was sukhdev and rajaguru.
So my questions are actually 2 not 1.
1. Why no one came forward to remake this movie in TAMIL ?
I am sure if they made in regional language then almost all people knew wat happened to Bhagath singh crew.
My 2nd question: In the past there were many young people like Bhagath singh to support freedom and we got freedom just becas of those great leaders. But currently , the youngsters are afraid of politics and its not easy to enter politics. Funny that even no parents are ready to send their educated son into politics. Evryone wants their son to be software engineer or someting where they can earn and save money for their future. So who cares for country in the present time?
Where is the present Bhagath singh? If someone is really want to do someting for our country now, If they have a strong motive to actually improve our country from those corrupted politicians, then i am ready to join them. Is there any group like that in INDIA?
I also want my india to a better country like those USA, ENGLAND. So wats my part in it?
Whats your part in it?
Just to earn as a software engg like everyone?
When will INDIA improve with the help of Youngsters like me?
I hope you all are listening

Yes people are busy in their own needs.
But there are people who care about country.
What actually we need is to shift our political preference. Politics is real shame in India. Those who are in politics barely knws about the need of real India. Then how come you can expect India to shine?

I knw the people in the present politics never think aboutt the improvements for india...So wat can we do as a citizen?????? Ofcourse i am not saying we should get inspiration from RANG DE BASANTI........
but we can create a youngster group where we all can enter politics.
I am sure the present youngsters who are realy interested to make India shine wil do the right things.....
But where can i get them??????
Thats my point.....
Thats why i came here into this discussion forum...

No one today see Politics as their career option, yes it can be a career. People rather hate politicians, mostly they respect them because they have power.
You know what, in Indian prisons, if a man is imprisoned for killing a "NETA" (politician) then fellow prisoners give him extra respect.
So tell me how to encourage youth to be part of politics ?
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Career is an option for people who actually aims at Family and children responsibilities.
I am not asking all the youngsters to think politics as a career. That will be absolutely ridiculous.
Even before India's independece, there were people who were like the great Bhagath Singh , working for the country's freedom. There were Indians working along with Britishers (Especially in police team) and they helped Britishers for arresting Bhagath Singh.
So wat i really want to say is that, there will be different kinds of people. Some may be interested to make the career and think about their own life alone. Some may want to do someting to help india from the critical problems. Currently the critical problem we are facing is CORRUPTION.
So wat are the ways to prevent those CORRUPTION?
Some youngsters like us can enter POLITICS to eradicate. Some may be in MEDIA to help our right actions. Some can go abroad and send us donations for improving our security from the POLITICAL MAN POWER PRESSURES ( Rowdyism). Like this, we can actually plan a big network and acting together towards the right direction will find a way to end the menace.

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
I think we need police to be educated in India well as well as corruption free so that they can take right action.
Means that if people are afraid of determined police then there will be a great reduction in corruption.
Just my point !

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Also we need to change some of the laws.
For example. After commiting a crime, a person should not given life imprisonment. I am totally against it. How can a man who raped a girl and killed her brutally be sentenced to life imprisonment??????
He should be sentenced to death..
Death fears are less in india. It makes people to easily involve in crime.
Another examples: There are so many gangsters in india. Why there is no law to Hang them straight away. Its becas lot of politicians helped them and they dont want that gangsters to reveal their names.
I insist that the murderers, rapers, Bombers should be hanged to death.. There should not be any place in the jail to protect those brutal criminals.
Only after this law, i feel there will be a development in the country
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REP
this is easy to speak but if we got laws to hang the killer as soon as possible then again bad guys will start using it as way to kill their enemy. means it can be misused so easily. making law is not that simple, how to avoid misuse then ?
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
So wat we should do? We should keep then in jail forever giving them food and all amenities?
he wil make mistakes and he wil be in jail with 3 times food???????
Is this ur law?
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Nice discussion going on.
If need to reform India then we have to start from very basic thing. ie. literacy. First educate everyone so that law can be used wisely. Here in India, biggest problem is that people do not how to use laws so they get exploited by those who have knowledge of law structure.
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
We cant teach law to all the people. Instead we can use media to teach them. Literacy is a good way but it will take another 100 yrs.... So we cant wait such a long time... Steps should be taken wisely and we need result on our hands before we die.
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
yes media can play big role then tell me how we can ask media to do so ?
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
We should form a network to develop india. Some from media, Some from IT software Abroad, Some from Police and so on....... Once this network is successful then we can improve India to its best..
But the main problem is true loyal dedicated fellows are all seperated and living in some corners of the country. With internet if we all gets merged then we are the strongest power of nation
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
There you got the point..
True Loyal people.. that is what we need.
We actually need to find a way unite such people.
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
So now tell me how many people are going to give me ideas to implement this??
Lets see together whther it is possible or not..... What do u all say??
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
it is good that you are interested to do so but here on etalkindia , right now there are very few members. As time will come, you will find more and more people interested to help.
But, just to tell you , your initiative is right and also.. SOMEONE has to start.. why not us !
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Thanks man.... You knw i was wondering how fast each and everytime i get quick reply from yahoo answers, i thought for this question also i wil get quick reply from lot of indians...... But the sad story was, only one replied me with "Best of luck".... So i decided to come into a good discussion forum...... Atlast i found this.......Actually i have many plans to unite lot of youngsters like u and me for a future great india.... Everything is possible through internet.. I believe it....
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Right.. you are right.
Infact the reason behind etalkIndia was to unite Indians to help each other , exchange knowledge with each other so that they can't get exploited by people who use their knowledge for bad. ..
for example Consumer court etc.
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
So you mean consumer court is not serving people properly?
I didnt get that consumer court point
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
That was just an example..
Main point was that if you do not have proper information then you can't go right way. In that case, people who know how things works can exploit you by money terms etc.. just as the lawyers do !

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REP
I read this post today. Nice discussion but some very immature talks.
First thing first :
Why no one came forward to remake 'The Legend of Bhagath Singh' in TAMIL ?
Because it’s not a saleable subject. All remakes are made for profit; not for propagating patriotism. By the way, is it not a shame that our parents themselves don’t know who Rajguru and Sukhdev were ? Are we so ignorant of our own freedom struggle that we need a movie to tell us who our freedom fighters were ? This shows that though our politician are corrupt, our society is no good either. We have failed miserably to inculcate the right values in our children. We have failed to tell them how great this nation was once.
Believe it or not the hard truth is that a society gets the politicians it deserves.
Changing India by creating a organization on internet is a great dream. I like it and wish it become true. I respect your desire and appreciate your patriotism. But in the ultimate analysis I feel you are being very immature in what you say without actually knowing the complexity of this problem. Can you tell me how many person use Internet in India ? Let alone Internet, do you know there are millions and millions of people in India who have never talked on phone?
Once upon a time I also shared the same passion and used to speak such language of changing the country by joining an organization and making this or that plan. However, with the passage of time I realized that this is not the way to solve this problem. India can become a better country if millions of people like us bring changes in our own life with our efforts. The reform should start from the person itself. It’s going to be collective task but not something which can be planned on an internet discussion. We need visionary leaders, honest and efficient bureaucrats and hardworking people to bring any kind of change in India.
What you can do as an individual ?
First of all please understand that it’s not going to help if we think that software engineers and other professionals are not serving India. They work hard, create jobs, attract foreign investment and bring new technologies in India. They are serving mother India in their own little way.
In my opinion every Indian who is doing his work honestly (no matter how small or big that work is), who is not involved in any anti-national activity, who love and respect this country, who preserve his national ideals and national property – he is serving India and helping in it’s development.
Regarding your desire to change the system and politicians of India you must remember that in order to change the system you need to be in the system. So work hard, read , research, study and sit in the competitive exams. Become an IAS if you can. Set an example with your life for others to follow. Be an honest civil servant. Be a whistle blower, do all that you can do in your capabilities. In my opinion a honest bureaucrat can do more than what a politician can do.
And if , owing to the stiff competition, you can’t get into the IAS don’t lose heart. Life is all about finding new paths for our self-development. Try to understand India, think how can you be a responsible citizen of India. Do whatever you can for this country. But please remember you must be the change you want to bring in this country. So start from yourself.

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
People like you to discuss views are really sppreciated here.
I can understnd watever you said.
You wanted to say here that i should become an IAS officer.
So from your point of view, if i become an IAS officer and if i am true to the law then you think i will live against these political leaders at present india?
No .. You were wrong. The main motive of the politicians will be first to make me corrupt. If this choice doesnt work then they will threaten or kill me or my family members. Does this sound good to u?
If so then you should have some problem.
If you have read all the discussions then you would knw the points we discussed earlier.
We said there should be people to do the right things in all the govt jobs. In politics, as a police, as an IAS, we need one good people from all the department.
I didnt talk immature. You just read incomplete
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REP
"The main motive of the politicians will be first to make me corrupt. If this choice doesn't work then they will threaten or kill me or my family members. Does this sound good to u?"
This is a lame excuse dear. Corruption is everywhere- in all walk of life you'll find corrupt people. Not only politician, all these corrupt people from all walk of life will try to corrupt you. However, the ultimate choice will be yours. To follow your conscience or to submit to their desires.
The path of truth is full of thorns my friend. You can be killed for sticking to the truth. That's something which every honest man faces in India everyday. But didn't Bhagat Singh also die for truth ? He could easily fled away from Assembly but he chose to be caught by Police. Just to tell the truth to the deaf British Government.
Once I read somewhere :
"To fight and die for a noble cause is a victory in itself"
Please don't take my comments personally. With all respect to you and to your noble desire I only wish to state that you must ponder over what you want to do and to take a realistic path not an imaginary one based only on emotions. I also love my country and want to do all I can do for it. But I also think that we should be pragmatic in our approach.
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Thqx for your reply. Very nice comments.
I just wanted to say if i am alone then anyting can happen. But if we are a big group then?
Tats my point my frend.
We need a group in all the community like media , police and all these.
Then i am not afraid to die in their hands becas my life will be worthy becas after my death , the media wont be silent. And there will be a meaning for my death.

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
That is real nice discussion going on, full of love to the country. We have independence day.
I am happy to see .
Actually,
MiE and Mr. Ashok
Both have same cause.. to serve the nation.
MiE, what I find that Mr. Ashok is pointing in same direction as you do but the difference is that he is actually using words those are little imaginary. He clears last post that according to him, we need loyal, responsible & patriotic person in every department..
Actually you said the same,
You said that one should start working as Individual to serve the nation, so if are going to have such devoted Individual then as per your views, we will have the reformation.
I too agree MiE that we should start from ourselves, I daily do few things to teach, to inspire other people and always tries myself to be a reason for inspiration to serve the country.
I believe that small things creates big difference and yes it is true. It goes with your words too.. MiE ie. we need to work upon ourself and if everyone is taking care of nation then we will surely have a better place to LIVE.

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REP
Dear Ricky, Thanks for summing up so beautifully what I wanted to say. I am not against the noble cause of Ashok. I can feel his frustration when he express his anguish for the sorry state of our nation. He is not alone. There are millions of people like him who feel the same way. In my opinion the task of reforming the nation, bringing corrupt politicians to book and eradicate so many problems of Indian is not a small task. Had it been the case, we would have done it in these 60 years. The nations wants more and more people like Ashok . We need honest, educated, hard-working. compassionate and truly patriotic Indians ; Millions and millions of them. A collective effort of all these Indians in numerous walks of life will make this nation great. It's not an easy task. That's why I recommend that we need to start from ourselves. Once we become capable of doing something, only then we will be able to inspire others.
On this day 15th of August; exactly after 60 years of our independence , I wish all of you a very happy Independence day. I would also like to quote this inspirational sayings of one of the most inspiring and patriotic saints of India - Swami Vivekananda :
"Feel, my children, feel; feel for the poor, the ignorant, the downtrodden; feel till the heart stops and the brain reels and you think you will go mad; then pour the soul out at the feet of the Lord.; and then will come power, help and indomitable energy. "

Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REPLY
Very right words.
Yes, if one can feel the feeling of other then only he can give the real help, as then it would be from heart.
But I think we can start small movements to inspire and to make difference.
See, here we three after exchanging thoughts(may be others too) learned that we need to start from ourself.
Now what is next step? Now its WE.. its the next step.
What do you say ?
-
Re: Are u actually a true indian? This will be an Unresolvable question..Pls REP
Sorry for returning so late. I was very busy in some other urgent work. Ok I agree. Starting small movement is a good idea. After all it's better than not doing anything at all. I think you guys are doing excellent job by runing this forum. I know the growth is not very promising. However, the quality of posts is very high. It'll take time to grow this forum. However, it can become a force to reckon with in days to come. I really like this forum. It's very different from many others. Soon, I'll add this forum in my blogroll. I shall also try to regularly come here and share my views on various topics about India. Further, in my individual capacity I shall keep evolving myself, improving myself to be a better son of mother India.

You may be getting them but in may be in SPAM box.. or junk mails.
As NGO we can actually get the TAG that we are here to work for people. You may search for NGO in SEs then you can get better idea.
Lets have more people, more ideas ... then we can move.. its a gradual process..
Like people says: Rome was not built in one day.
