My puk code is blocked 10 times

i entered my puk code wrongly for 10 times and it says puk code is blocked please contact your provider.wat do i do now?please help me out

Not to worries about PUK blocked you can directly visit to airtel relationship center or you can contact 198 toll free customer care number from other airtel number. You just give document details to customer care executive he or she will give you your PUK number...! :)

please send me 8 digit no of puk code i have try customer care but it dint work at all so i need your help right now
