How to stream TV video to LAN - TV channels to local network?

Hi I am looking way so that I can share one TV tuner card's out to all pc in our lan. We have lan of 4 computers and one has TV tuner, I need that all user can watch TV on their own MOnitor through local area connection. We can share everything on network so I think we can also share one cable connection using streaming of video. please guide.

It is easy, you can do that from VLC, installed VLC player. And then you need to follow guide provided at VLC site to do streaming.
