I have headphone which I connect to PC create very low volume sound which is not properly audible. But when I connect to mobile phone and increase volume then it works good. So sound output from my PC is low. How can I increase it ? When I play VLC, I can increase it 200% but I can't do that with other application. Please tell me if it is possible to increase volume in other application also for my headphone ?
yes, you can increase volume , just goto :
Control Panel --> Sound ---> click on desired sound device ---> Properties ---> Enhancement and enable
Loudness Equalization .
That will definitely help you. If not then we have other solutions also, but first try this one.

Then other option left is to use Graphic equalizer which can really increase volume of both end pins are moved up.
And you can always use VLC player.
