Wow, thats really long time, if you are getting bored then you should start some your own work, may be a fast food restraunt (only if you have interest in food). Ok that was only example, so depending upon your interest, start a side business while working in your current firm and when your side business becomes stable, leave this job.
So tell me about your some interest so that we can discuss this better.
