How it is blocked, did you enter wrong pin or it was something else ?
Some bank blocks cards for 24-48 hours if wrong credentials are provided. This is for your own safety. I suggest to wait for 24 hours and see it starts to work. Or else call customer care of your bank (provided at the bank of each card) to get the assistance. I remember my SBI card was blocked due to wrong credentials but later in few days , started working automatically.
