Telebrands Push up pump vs regular push ups, which is more effective

Hi,

I see this machine in tv ads of telebrands as "push up pump", there are many other similar product available from brands like kobo, sono etc. They advertise it is effective for shoulders, back, triceps but I wonder how it is better than regular push ups. I see same motion but there is support on center. They have choice to enhance resistance using cables but how much it is effective is not clear.

I occasionally do pushups , do you think I should buy it and it can help me further in my casual fitness exercises ?

If you have enough space in your house than approach a showroom with gym equipment , Do not rely much on The Tv advertisements They are never of any long term promising good quality.
