Hi, i got to know by my friend that union budget for the fiscal year 2013-2014 has been released i want to know what are the pros and cons of this budget. One of my friend was telling that there will be a huge impact on the pricing of smartphones and gadgets. So, i would like if anyone knows information regarding my query then please do let me know.
