Compare Lava iris 458Q vs Xolo Q700?

first i thought lava and xolo both the are the same company then why the hell they are launching their smartphones separately the after a while i got to know that xolo sells their product under Lava label in India.

Now, the problem is i just got confused between the two mobile phone in the market today. One is lava iris 458Q and the other one is Xolo Q700 because i want a cheap quad core phone but both tare the best so please suggest me which one is best. Your decision is really very helpful.
