How can we develop India by working individually or as team in localities?

I wish to have an awareness campaign or kids classes in my society to make them aware of good and bad things..things "to do" and things "not to do".I would like to gather ideas on how to start up the activities and also things that i should not forget..this i would take as help so that they can help in my implementations and make my plan success as soon as possible.

First of all, kudos for thinking to start such program but I think it will not work as generally KIDS are different kind of learner, they learn from repetitive practice, so most they learn is from either school or home. Still, can you elaborate more that how this idea came to you, what exactly you want to do , what is the motivation behind it ?
