Sidhartha Sinha's Udherbun-A bhojpuri film receives Silver Bear Award in Berlin

Film and Television Institute of India's (FTII) Siddharth Sinha has won the Silver Bear in the Brelinale Shorts Section of the Berlin Film Festival.
Sinha won the Award for his film Udedh Bun, a story of Ashu who is preparing to leave boyhood and to grow up to be a man. It's a story of Ashu trying to reinvent himself.
The Silver Award has been given for the film's modern narration and a sharp focus that relies on a harmony between images and sound rather than words.

Even the festival director said that "Thank God, such movies are also made in India" . However this is a prestigious award but did not get much coverage as all the attention was taken away by Shahrukh.
