How to get Share in My father's property as Girl from Mother

This is with regard to my ancestral property. The property belongs to my grandparents and my father died in 1997. In 2012 my mother took legal heriance for all the property and she says, I as a female does not have any right. She has sole right and giving all the property to my brother. can i get a stay order. Will i not get any share? how can i proceed. I am 50 year old widow with 3 children

As far I know, you have equal share in your father's and your mother's property. So unless your father made any WILL specifically to not to give you anything, you can challenge your mother's decision. Why not you simply consult a lawyer and take legal advice.
