Want a 32 inch of HD TV to use it as a monitor for PC under 30,000?

Hi to all of you guys out there, here is a problem i wan't to buy an 32 inches of HD TV to make it use as a monitor for my pc. Actually from the few days, i have been working on my laptop, and while working for hours and hours my eyes are in a great trouble. So i am looking to buy an HD TV which can be installed on my wall and from there i can work properly and safe my eyes.

The main problem is i have a budget constraint up to 30,000 only. so please suggest me some of the better alternative through which i can enjoy and working effectively onto it.

As I will only be using the TV as a monitor I need a no-frills set. Maybe a couple of USB ports and HDMI ports. No smart TV.

Please suggest some options that I can look into.
