Regarding rescheduling an appointment of tatkal passport

I had an appointment on 27-5-2014 for tatkal passport..
But because of some documents,they told me to reschedule an online appointment.
But the problem is that i am not able to reschedule the appointment...That option is not active..
What should i do?
Generally after wat time its get activated..?
Please reply quickly..

I think you don't have to reschedule as its already past that date, rather go for BOOKING a new appointment. I hope booking new appointment is active there.
