Jailbreak- Mod or flash Xbox 360 phat console in India

Guys, I recently got an hand on xbox 360 of my cousin, he wants to play games through Hard disk or USB drive on it. So I searched online and found that he need to hack / jail break his console. There are so many guides online but its not clear what to use. Some says I need manual hacking, opening to jail break it. I will also need stuff like Xcuter CR4 XL chip and attach to this xbox 360 in order to make it work.

More I read, more confusing it gets, so what are you suggestion, anyone have experience about xbox modding here ?

I think it will be better to find someone in your area to MOD it for you as there are chances of breaking things. Why not to visit nearby XBOX retailer, they generally have such solutions. Otherwise there are many guides but you know , you need to open our Xbox to MOD it, there is no soft MOD, that I know for sure.

I checked my local area, no one here knows Modding, they said they can have it done but will need to send console to Delhi, will take 3-4 days and asking Rs. 3000 for it.. for that amount, I can buy all stuff required and do it myself but problem is that required things are not available in India to mod xbox360 easily.
