Honda Activa service refused by service center- causing delay

i own an honda active for the past 6 months i got some free service. First one i got under 1000 Km and the second one when i was reached at the service center he said that service cannot be done when i ask why he said it should run more than 5000 km. But when i let him know the details at the booklet he said there is no time for me to get your activa service today. Then i said ok i'll come tommorow he said fine , when i went tommorow he again refuses. I pick a leave from my office to get my activa service done but he was making nonsense comments.

I report it to the manager he also says, when our worker is saying it cannot be happen so it will not happen you must come on some other day.

i think it is wrong and that why i share it overhere.
