Affect on CIBIL if I missed Credit card bill payment twice in a row ?

Sir,

Due to some personal issues I forgot to make last two payment for my credit card bill on time. But before this I don't remember I ever missed my credit card payment for all these years. I am using my credit card from more than 4 years and have maintained very good record.

But what happened this time is that .. previous to last month, I forgot to pay it in timely manner. Bill was not big, just Rs. 12000 something, usually I pay 3-4 days advance before due date but when I missed due date, I even paid next months estimated bill, around Rs. 24000. So next month I got only 4000 something bill. But this time due to some personal reasons, I completely forgot to pay this, I only realized that I missed the last months payment when this month's statement was generated, there I saw that bank has charged Rs. 500 late fee and some 250 finance charges, I am seeing this first time ever in my statement.

I think I messed up all my record. But now I am worried , will it affect my Credit History at CIBIL because I am planning to go for a business loan and I uncertain this mistake is going to hurt it ?

Please tell what should I do ?

You should do nothing, just pay next statement in time. Some banks update cibil quarterly and some take even longer period. By that means , your cibil should not be affected.
