Download full complete package of Microsoft .net 4 framework but not installer

Hi

I am trying to install .net framework, I downloaded it form microsoft site but it is actually a installer and then try to download files from internet but it fails and I can't install this install which is required by a program I am installing. I have windows xpsp3.

If I can download full installer then I will not need to download it during setup . May be my internet connection is not that good and I am thus facing this problem.

please give me link from I download this full setup of installer but not small package

I was unable to locate full installer to download for .net four framework. You need to download small installer which will later download those full files (if required).
