Unable to download the admit card of UP police computer operator recruitment 2013?

Hi, i applied online for the recruitment of computer operator in uttar pradesh 2013. I deposited my fees but since last date for registration was on or before 17 June i was unable to get the details registered. I submitted the fee though.

I call on 11 June 2013 that sir due to network error i am unable to complete my details he said , "Hamari site dekhte rahiye" he was just like another uneducated police man. I was asking what should i do and what should i not. Please tell me what should i do.

No, i think the admit card is also available seriously it is shit man..i work so hard for this paper but still unable to get the effort counted.

Please help any policeman can help or not.
