It depends upon which bank's card you have. But almost all banks gives you assistance over phone for cards , you have not mentioned you bank, but on your card's back they should have mentioned helpline numbers. You can call them and after verification, most probably they will reset password for your card.
In rare case you may have to visit your bank with your ID proof and a simple application to reset password. Btw, sometimes your card starts working after 24 hours if you have repetitively used wrong credentials during transaction.
