Terminate Life Insurance Policy and Refund Request from ICICI Bank?

I was a worker in a mill and i work for almost 20 years over there. In the meanwhile, i took a policy from icici bank as this bank is very popular as compare to the other private bank and also one of my friend suggested me that you will get surety of you money in this bank. So on the basis of these two reason i took a life insurance policy from icici bank.

But, now i am a retire person and i want to terminate my policy and want all the refund of my money. But since i went to the bank and applied for my policy termination and refund there is no positive response and any help from the bank and the insurance company.

I am really getting sick of all these. And i wan't to know what can i do to get my money back. If anyone knows the solution for my query then he/she is welcomed with open arms.
