Suggest the best prepaid plan for uninor to uninor free in Uttar pradesh?

hi, i am a user of circle in up west mainly but for most of the time due to work i have to recieve heavy calls from up east zone also. currently i am using bsnl to bsnl free for 27 days for Rs 343 but now someone told me that uninor is giving this freedom for 40 days in just 88 Rs. Is this is true. If yes then please clear my two query:

1. Uninor to uninor free in whole up means there is no restriction for a tariff to be valid in for up west circle or east circle only.
2. What is the price and validity of this tariff.

Please help me as soon as possible.
