Sea TV settop box loosing connectivity problem in Agra complaint

I am using SEA TV SetTop Box for almost 3-4 months. It is good to see that it gives nice clearity and tons of channels. But the problem is this most of the time it looses connectivity. And shows contact to your cable operator SEATV has lost the connectivity.

When i contact it always say that we are looking for it. When they fix it, then after 2 or 3 hours back it again losses some connectivity. I am didn't able to understand why it all the time looses connectivity.

Please help!!!

may be there is any looseness in your settop box cable ..........
