Regarding corruption allegation against government servant

if a allegation come in a government servant that he was involved in corruption who will investigation the matter departmental higher authority or police.Or any SC order that any type of serious allegation like corruption in a govt servant immediately inform to local police instead of departmental inquiry

Generally it is advisable to complaint to higher authority and if they find it suitable, they may go for FIR. However, if you wish you may also contact ACB (Anti corruption Bureau) with required proves and they will take care themselves.
