My freecharge account temporary blocked - try after sometime.

My freecharge account on login says that my account is Temporary blocked and asking me to try after sometime. I tried after sometime now it shows this error message :

Your account is still locked, please try after some time

So my account is still blocked. I think I entered wrong password couple of times and then this error came. Now how long I should wait to get it fixed because I have already waited for long. Advice please ...

I think this is a security mechanism if someone is trying to brute force to crack your password. How long you waited when you tried, I suggest you to wait for atleast one hour and then try again. If that doesn't work then send mail to [email protected] for help. I am sure they will then help you to get it fixed fast.
