Degree exams: Can i write my degree backlog exams from Indian Embassy in Qatar

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabrakatuhu!
Dear friends my name is Syed Arshad and i from Hyderabad (India). I am working in Qatar as a stock controller in some company. so my question is can i write my degree backlog exams from indian embassy which is situated in qatar. please suggest me with a best suggestion. i have completed my degree but i got failed in some subjects. So now it is very difficult to visit India and have my exams.
