Best way to do Screen recording inside Andy Emulator for Windows

I am running windows 8.1 and I am using lastest Andy inside it, it is working good and I use it for my various stuff, however now I am looking to find a best available method to do screen recording inside Andy Android Emulator. I have tried few apps but they are not helpful . I need to root to get it fully working so first I need to find way to root Andy. But before that, if anyone already tried successful and proper way to do screen recording inside Andy then please share.
