How to pay Delhi Jal Board Bills online?

Hello,
I have to pay DJB bill online an I am doing this for the first time.
But, one of my friend had done it before and the consequences were that:-
The money was deducted from his account , he checked the bill on the site again and found that the payment did not reflected there, he called the customer care but the no. was going switch off.

He called at the jeevandelhi no. and they said that online payment for DJB is not available. But, when he told them its already available on the jeevandelhi site they said they dont have any information about it.

Has anyone here paid online on jeevandelhi before? As I have to pay te bill this time and I dont want that the condition of me and my friend as same. Kindly help me out ?
