Indian Officer on Iraqi Ship and Korean ship found Guilty of Ocean Cable Cut.

Remember there was huge internet outage, even I saw slowdown on internet for long time. I had posted it in forum too:

The culprits was nn Indian chief officer of an Iraqi vessel that was allegedly responsible for snapping an undersea communication cable in February leading to widespread Internet outage in India and the UAE has been arrested and will face trial. The Iraqi ship is expected to pay $350,000 as compensation to the company whose cables were damaged.

Another Korean-owned ship, which also caused cable damages, however was released after paying a compensation amounting to $60,000 to Flag Telecom of India whose cables were reportedly hit.

Though there were rumors that it may be a terrorism activity. Many major news paper were found publishing it. So it was just a routine mistake ie. some stupid taking bad routes .

but we cant say that every thing is terrorism
