You need atleast 10 posts in order to Send PM to other members as well to use signature. After 10 posts this message will not show up.Also, you will be able to post links only after certain amount of posts. pls explain tnis contest
If you wanted to send personal message to some one you must have 10 post in this Forum..
means you must post 10 replies on the forum.. right now you have posted 2. :)

To add here, eTI is an open platform where anyone can come, join and ask questions as well as answer others. It is done by making post or start new topic in required section.

i feel that 10 post thing for new members is a bit restricitve....
and it makes no sense anyways
I understand your concern but it was decided only after learning from past experience. Actually it saves us from lots of hassle of those spammers who just registers to advertise and makes only 2-3 posts and never come back. When such people see that we have 10 posts restriction, they simply move to some unrestrictive and easier to spam place.
Moreover, 10 posts limit is not a restriction for legitimate users as they can easily make 10 good posts in matter of few minutes.
Here I want to suggest that every new member should read the rules and guidelines first before using or make any post in the forum.
