Indian Society for Girls now a days - their security and superiority of men?

As we can see every day in news their is new case agains rape or acid attack now time has come when some girls within age 5-10 years are not spared with devil thinking of their love one or relatives they does'nt think that these are their daughter sisters and most of their mother
these things are only having because all men thinks they are the superior of all without them no one can live their lives these girls can't even go to indian police as they give affected parents money for not filing complaint again the accused because police don't want to get busy in solving case its not fault of our police its our law if any case is filed and accused has been found our law take its years to prove him guilty and give minor sentence for punishment if these things are done on fast pace and strict punishment is given no men in india will be able to look girls with is devil thoughts and will respect them and will give equal respect
we should as them prime minister of our country why don't they pass laws against rape make accused know what he has done with that innocent girl who is not able to live her life normally again
