LG 21:9 UltraWide 25UB55 as primary Monitor- any other better option ?

Hi friends, My current monitor is a 1080p samsung and i am using ( R9 280x ) graphic card. Can it support a additional 2560 x 1080 monitor ?
I intend to make the new 2560 x 1080 monitor as my primary display. The original display will be occasionally used (for non gaming uses).

I am looking for a cheap monitor with at least one vdi, one Hdmi input. I have shortlisted LG 21:9 UltraWide 25UB55.

I welcome all suggestions.

Yes your (R9 280x) graphic card can support dual monitor setup and LG 21:9 UltraWide 25UB55 is also a better option for your gaming experience.
