modem error-error no.721 in Tata Modem

hi ,
i have tata modem which i purchesed in 2008 and used it for 8 months after that connection was disconnected modem was not used for 7 months, i took new connection but it is showing error no.721 my connection sim is from ballia u.p. and i m residing in delhi ,if there is any change in software of modem then plz give me address so that i can update its from there or suggest what else can be done

The error is not related to modem, its something with configuration, the error simply means that it was unable to connect.

Make sure login information (if there is any) is correct
