Can any one let me know how to unlock the G-Max TV tuner external card model no: GM-9371TX, memory lock. The memory has been locked & am not getting the manual search option. In auto scan its not detecting most of the signals.

There should be some reset button in it. Usually it requires pressing it by a pin holding it for 5-6 seconds. Should fix it !
