I hope its BSNL Number, every BSNL postpaid connection has an account number, you can find it on your latest bill. Its clearly mentioned on top right area along with other details.
Are you facing any trouble in finding it, you can also call customer care to know it from your mobile.
Just make a account with refrence no., to be filled in it also take a ref. no. from bill you paid offline.
