my system's 'Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 Processor' was changed to ' Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-23

I am Kumar Gaurav who owns a HP pavilion dv6 computer Laptop with
Product Number- A3D66PA#ACJ
Serial Number - 5CH1321SRZ

Recently i gave my laptop for servicing in
MAHA Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

regarding Issue for Battery Backup less (max 15 mints.)
with case ID : NB0926-004 dated 26/09/12
i have a complain that,they din't solve my problem regarding the above
and instead they changed the BACK COVER ALU,without my permission and
returned the system on 5/10/2012 time 7:40pm. Later i found that my
system's 'Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 Processor' was changed to ' Intel(R)
Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10Ghz Processor ' when i looked into my
system properties.. moreover the system's time was also changed. i
tried installing Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor,but it showed me
installation error,with all supportive software, i am getting the
processor's name as Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10Ghz
Processor.

CAN I COMPLAIN AND GET BENEFIT THROUGH CONSUMER FORUM?
IS MY COMPLAIN GENUINE?
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

You should meet service center owner and tell him issue and see how he helps you , if that doesn't work then right to samsung regional office. And even then issue is not resolved then go to consumer forum to get issue resolved. And keep copy of all your communication with company and do everything in written.
