configuring out look express and mail.bsnl.in

I belong to Ajmer District. I have Broadband and a Broadband mail account ie. [email protected]. Please guide me to configure my mail account in outlook express

That is not hard.
You can configure BSNL mail easily. I had once answered similar question in detail:
