Idea Cellular subscribers now get the choice to choose the benefit they want from a recharge. India’s third largest telecom operator brings an innovative ‘Choice Recharge’ Offer for its subscribers in Tamil Nadu. A single recharge of Rs. 15 now offers 5 choices which include: Idea to Idea Calling, SMS, Local Mobile Minutes and Internet Offers.

Commenting on the offer, Mr. M. Srinivas, Circle Head – Idea Cellular, Tamil Nadu & Chennai, said, “Customer satisfaction is very important to us and at Idea we always strive to add something extra to all our products and offerings – basis this ideology we have come up with a unique and novel product for our subscribers.

Once the customer purchase the recharge coupon of Rs. 15, one can activate one of the five packs by dialing the respective USSD code given on the voucher. Choice Recharge gives Idea customers an option to select any benefit as per the need and requirement of the customer.
