when i plugged the charger after few minutes it shows 50 or 60 percent charge then after unplugged the charged they will decrease and automatically switch off the phone.
pls tell me any solution to problem
i will try another new charger there will be show same problem
There is no definite reason for this, although it simply means battery is bad but it can be caused by other things too like :
1. Bad cable with poor conductivity,
2. Poor charger
3. Issue with batter contact point (if its removal battery).
4. Issue with software.
So you have to test for each cause and if it is not fixed then its probably bad battery. You can start testing replacing cables, then try changing charger itself. Then see if points of contact for battery are not bent or out of place . If everything is fine then try resetting phone. If that doesn't work then you have to buy new battery.
