What is Accepton injection and why it costs 2.5 lakhs per unit ?

I was reading a news about a person being frauded with fake medicines, he was givne a an injection which priced whopping Rs. 2.5 lacs per piece.. but on internet there was no such details for any such injection. I am actually surprised what could be the content of that injection which makes it so costly.. do they extract it from debris of moon brought to earth ?
