TP-LINK TL-MR3020 router and deliance netconnect ZTE AC 2737 problem

Hi friends,

I have purchased TP-LINK TL-MR3020 3G / 4G router after doing research online and now the problem is that it is not working with my Reliance netconnect ZTE AC 2737 3G data modem and there is no internet connection available . I read all steps and manual and after opening the ip they gave in my computer i see that modem is not recongizes and it keeps refreshing saying 'identifying" .

Now I am worried, this device is not working with modem and reliance customer care is also not helping and saying that they can't help for modem as it is not a standard use, they can only help on using it with pc.

Anyone knows any solution here ?
