Macintosh Zip file problem: Error 1 - Operation not permitted !

I am facing a problem on my mac regarding opening a zip file. Everytime I go to unzip my .zip files it gives me an error message that says -

So, if anyone know about this problem then please find out for me that what's wrong with my mac or did I am doing some mistake.

There could be many causes, if your file is not properly downloaded or is not corrupt then try commandline to unzip it.
