I have always had this doubt, i couldn't find an answer from my friends, hope you could help
1.) What is the pricing methodology for spectrums in India? for ex, TRAI has set a price "X" for a band of frequencies, what are the parameters that influence the price?
2.) What is the difference in between 2G and 3G spectrum (not services)? Is it just a different band of frequencies?
