MTS USB modem not working ?

Sir, I have bought an MTS Broadband USB modem n 14-6-2011 from a showroom of computers and mobile in delhi at nehru place. The salesman charged from me Rs 888 for the Modem & Rs 248 for the monthly plan. But after some day the modem gave me continuosly problem and finally it stopped working. So, I complained about that to the salesman and the customer care of the showroom but they don't take any action about it yet. Its is like open cheating wid the customer so I am rqstng you plz take any action about it !

So old post, no reply yet, in similar cases, simply visit nearby MTS help center and show them non-working modem, rest assured they will definitely help you.
