This plan promise 4Mbps upto 8 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 8 GB speed but it will give you upto 4mbps speed only if your phone supports it. Get your line checked by Bsnl tech.
Also, can you show us SNR and Attenuation page in your modem.. it also shows how much speed your line can attend. Do you know how to access it ?
