Just go to Indain forums and select in which category you want to post your post then go inside that category and click on Ask a Question or Post a Topic.

PS: If you are looking for way to post paid articles then at the moment eTI is not accepting paid articles due to some internal issues, however you can still enjoy eTI as normal user, ask questions and answer others.
